Thus, all WiFi Baby units are out of the 90 days of complimentary phone service.  We have a full Self Help Resource or you can opt to purchase a single incident of phone support for $29.99. We have continued our relationship with Computer Rescue, Inc., run by Sheri Treppeda.  This is the same support service we used prior and until further notice.

  • You will be helped by a wireless network expert who will efficiently solve any issues. They will walk you through and solve any issues over the phone or, if preferred, by screen sharing.
  • Pick a an appointment at a time of your convenience and she will call you directly: Day, Night or Weekend.
  • A detailed email including all your settings is given at the end of your setup and contact info.
  • Please email fix@computerrescueinc.net with WiFi Baby Fix in the subject line, the issue, and indicating a time window you prefer for help.
  • After receiving a response and scheduling a time, you can pay via PayPal or any Credit or Debit card prior to the appointment using the link below.
