WiFi Baby products come with a 1 year warranty and Free MyWiFi Pro screen sharing and phone tech support for the same router and network. The only time there is a charge is either: A.  You are outside the 1 year warranty B.  You have moved or purchased a new router and a completely new setup needs to be done In this case there is a small $19.99 fee to cover our tech’s time. This includes complete phone or screen sharing support and a scheduled appointment at a time of your convenience.  This can be scheduled at a set time during the day, night or weekend.
