With over 13 years of networking and tech support experience, Gary or a member of his team will efficiently solve any setup issue you may encounter. For our customer’s convenience we offer FREE scheduled tech support AFTER regular business hours! Most support issues are solved by a set appointment by phone or screen sharing session between 6-10 PM EST Monday – Friday. Sarah – Distribution Management
We know you want your order in your hands immediately, if not sooner. Its our goal to ship your order as fast as possible. Sarah manages a distribution team located in Indiana, Texas and Florida. Orders generally ship in one business day or less and takes about 5 days to arrive at your door. We ship Monday-Friday to U.S. and Canada using FEDEX Ground and USPS Priority. Contact Sarah if you have questions about your order status, special requests or did not receive a tracking number.
* Hawaii and Alaska take an average of 8-10 days. Canadian orders take an average of 10-14 days.
